Winter Weather Advisory

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 5 PM
MST Tuesday...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 5 PM MST
Tuesday.

A strong winter weather system will drop south out of Canada and
bring sharply colder temperatures... snow... and gusty winds to the
region. Snowfall accumulations of 2 to 5 inches are possible.
Wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph will cause areas of blowing snow with
visibilities at times of one quarter mile or less Tuesday morning
and in particular during the morning commute. Conditions should
begin to taper off during the early afternoon on Tuesday.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to a combination of falling and
blowing snow. Use caution when traveling... especially in open
areas.

For specific Road and travel conditions in Montana... dial 5 1 1.
