and Fairfax counties...

At 210 PM EST... Doppler radar indicated a band of showers and
isolated strong thunderstorms that extended along a line from caroll
County southwest into Fauquier County... moving east at 35 mph.

Locations that will likely be affected by these storms include
Westminster... Damascus... Sterling... Dayton... Baltimore... and
Washington DC...

Thunderstorms will contain cloud to ground lightning and the
potential for small hail along with wind gusts around 40 mph.
